The Agricultural Division of Alamo Group Inc. has announced that Craig Harthoorn has been named President of Alamo Group (IA) Inc.
Harthoorn assumes responsibility for the Indianola, Iowa, facility as well as leadership of the worldwide marketing and distribution of the Herschel, Valu-Bilt and CT Farm & Country brands. “Craig brings a wealth of experience in the ag market to this position” said Rick Raborn, executive vice president of Alamo’s Ag Division. “He’s a proven leader and he’s just what our customers and our employees need to continue our growth in the aftermarket parts business.”
Harthoorn’s industry experience includes positions with Kinze Mfg. and Brokaw Supply as well as time in the dealer and retail channel with the Sinclair Tractor organization in Iowa. He holds a B.S. in accounting from Upper Iowa University.
