ST. LOUIS, MO – In May 2016, the Department of Labor (DOL) released a finalized rule changing the minimum pay requirements for employees classified under the Executive, Professional and Administrative (aka “White Collar”) exemptions to federal overtime mandates. Without legislative intervention, these changes will take effect on Dec.1, 2016.

Equipment Dealers Assn. (EDA) has scheduled a free webinar to cover the implications of the new rule and how it will effect equipment dealers in the United States. The webinar will be led by Natalie Higgins, EDA’s VP of Government Relations and General Counsel.
