LOUIS, MO – In May 2016, the Department of Labor (DOL) released a finalized rule changing the minimum pay requirements for employees classified under the Executive, Professional and Administrative (aka “White Collar”) exemptions to federal overtime mandates. Without legislative intervention, these changes will take effect on Dec.1, 2016.
