Case IH Introduces the Nutri-Placer 930 Coulter

Case IH introduced its Nutri-Place 930 coulter at the 2017 National Farm Machinery Show in Louisville. The company said the new coulter is a high speed, low disturbance (HSLD) option that is capable of speeds up to 11 mph allowing operators to over 510 acres in a 12 hour day. Standardized system for large and small square hay balers will help customers choose right baler for the job
AGCO Corp. and Hesston by Massey Ferguson, the leading hay equipment brand from AGCO, introduced a standardized classification system for small and large square balers during both the National Farm Machinery Show in Louisville and the 2017 World Ag Expo in Tulare, Calif. The square baler classification system places balers in Class 1 through Class 8.

Data Coalition, Growers Join to Launch National Ag Data Cooperative

A cooperative of growers and an agricultural data non-profit have agreed to combine their technology platforms and create a vital resource for data-driven agriculture – a neutral, secure and private data storage repository controlled by growers. The combined platforms will be known as AgXchange and will be an independent data repository commercially available through the Growers Ag Data Cooperative (GADC) where producers can control, store, view and share their farm data assets.
