Rem Enterprises Inc., Swift Current, Saskatchewan revealed significant change to its corporate structure, including new brands and a new name during employee meetings last week.  The company will become S3 Enterprises Inc., with subsidiaries of S3 Wireform, S3 Delta Harrows, S3 Blowers, and S3 Manufacturing.

“When Frank founded the company in 1966, he looked for new ways to become a key partner with his customers,” states Owner Bob Sonntag. “This market-driven restructure builds on that legacy.  It enhances our agility and sets us up for continued growth in the agricultural market place.”

The announcement came as the company finalized an agreement to sell their 27-year-old product line, the REM GrainVac, to AGI.  Twenty-five employees transfer along with the market-leading product to help ensure its successful integration into AGI’s extensive material handling lineup.  Sonntag notes that the people will be missed and the product has been a great achievement resulting from teamwork, relationship-building, and prayer.

The S3 group of companies will launch their new identities to the public this spring.  Meanwhile, you can continue to view current products and information at www.rementerprisesinc.com.  Founded in 1966, REM Enterprises Inc. is an agricultural equipment manufacturer based out of Swift Current, Saskatchewan, Canada, with a branch plant in Shenandoah, Iowa.
