Case IH farm machinery dealer Straub International is having a grand opening today at its new, larger location, at 3200 May St., in Wichita.

The dealer has been open in the 55,000-square-foot building for about a month. It moved from about 15,000 square feet at 2050 S. West St.

The new location, which includes a showroom, service shop and parts warehouse, represents a $3 million investment. It is large and tall enough to house the largest combines into the showroom.

The company has about 15 employees and expects gradually to increase that to perhaps 30 in the next five or so years.

Straub International, with seven locations throughout Kansas, is among the largest Case IH dealers in North America.
