Today, USDA reported 68% of the corn crop is in "good" or "excellent" condition, which is below last week’s 70% and last year’s 73%; 65% of soybeans are in “good” or “excellent” condition vs. 68% last year at this time; 

Corn, soybeans and wheat futures prices declined last week. Corn was down 6%, but are 98% above year ago levels. Soybean prices declined less than 1% last week, but are up 39% year-over-year, while wheat prices declined 6% over the past week, but are up 39% compared to the same time last year.
