The North American Equipment Dealers Assn. is conducting the 2024 Compensation and Benefits Survey to update data from the 2022 survey. This survey is the most comprehensive collection of wage, compensation, incentive and benefits information in the equipment industry.  

Please share the link below with the appropriate person at the dealership to take the survey by the end of February.

Every dealership that completes the survey with sufficient data will receive a complimentary copy of the full survey report prior to the end of the year. Please use your 2023 W-2 payroll data (U.S.) or T4 Slip (Canada) when completing the survey.
