According to a Sept. 10 article from Lancaster Farming, 5-store AGCO dealer Binkley & Hurst and 2-store AGCO dealer MM Weaver will merge to become Agriteer on Oct. 1. The merger will bring together 220 employees,.
Binkley & Hurt, former president of Binkley & Hurst, will retire, with MM Weaver President Eugene Hurst to become President of Agriteer.
The merger will give Agriteer 4 locations in Pennsylvania, one in Maryland, one in Virginia and one in Delaware.
