North American Equipment Dealers Association (NAEDA) is pleased to announce that Seigfreid Bingham's Equipment Dealer Group will continue its independent legal advice program for equipment dealers through NAEDA's Dealer Hotline service. Seigfreid Bingham has been the outside general counsel for NAEDA and many equipment dealers and its Equipment Dealer Group is focused on legal issues encountered by equipment dealerships involving human resources, customer disputes, manufacturer relations, succession planning, mergers and acquisitions.
