Kelly Engineering is pleased to announce the appointment of Tom Rayner to the position of Chief Operating Officer and look forward to welcoming him to the Kelly team, effective 24 August 2021.

Tom has extensive agribusiness, start-up, AgTech operations, sales and marketing leadership experience through the previous executive level roles he has held across a range of industries.

In this newly created role at Kelly, Tom will be responsible for the overall daily operations of the company and will work with the CEO and the wider management team to implement and achieve the strategic vision and values of the company.

Through his leadership of the company’s Engineering, Supply Chain, Production and Sales Departments, Tom will play a major role in the continued improvement of our day-to-day operations, efficiency and the service we provide to our partners, suppliers and customers.
