The AGCO Massey Ferguson 8700 Series high horsepower tractor offers technology that enables producers greater use of precision technology to improve productivity and efficiency, including Massey Ferguson’s Datatronic 5 Control Center Display terminal, AGCO’s open electronic architecture and two choices for navigation.

The Datatronic 5 CCD is a powerful, easy-to-read, 9 inch, touch-screen terminal with a simplified menu and enhanced, flexible navigation solutions. It has 4 GB of memory and 1 GB of RAM and provides video input for one camera. It features four CAN inputs, one USB input and an Ethernet port and is Bluetooth capable.

AGCO’s open electronic architecture ensures the tractors and on-board technology are compatible with a wide range of implements across multiple brands, allowing producers to easily use their choice of implements with the 8700 Series tractors. This Series offers full integration of on-board precision technologies, including AgControl section and variable rate control and TaskDoc Pro wireless data transfer. As part of AGCO’s open approach to precision agriculture, Fuse customers can choose either the NovAtel SMART6-L or Trimble AG-382 receiver to best match their existing base station. The Series includes five models from 240-340 horsepower.
