At the time of his passing, there wasn't a succession plan in place to dictate the future of the company. In this video, Carole, now president of Salem Farm Supply, shares the challenges they faced as they not only dealt with the loss of a loved one, but also had to work to resign manufacturer agreements with their suppliers.
