In her role as digital marketing manager, Steffens is responsible for managing the company’s digital strategy to bring greater brand awareness, increase lead generation and increase customer engagement. Prior to joining RDO Equipment Co. ($750 million in ag division revenues in 2017), an 82-store John Deere dealer, in July 2017, she spent 10 years in marketing roles in various industries.
