Mahindra USA, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mahindra & Mahindra LTD., the number one selling tractor in the world, demonstrated its continued commitment to the North American market and its home in Houston with a ribbon-cutting ceremony to mark the relocation of its corporate headquarters, national parts distribution center and production to one facility. The new headquarters is a 135,000 square-foot, class A corporate facility that includes 4/5 acre of open yard in northwest Houston, the company’s North American home since 1994. Mahindra & Mahindra Vice Chairman and Managing Director Anand Mahindra and Harris County Judge Ed Emmett joined Mahindra USA President Mani Iyer and Vice President Cleo Franklin in addressing the crowd and marking the official opening of the new site.
“This move signifies Mahindra’s commitment to the North American market,” said Mahindra. “This new, state-of-the-art class A corporate facility will provide the type of working environment that is truly commensurate with being the #1 selling tractor in the world.”
