Pendleton marks sixth location for agriculture equipment dealer
Local Case IH dealer Bane Equipment has acquired Heartland New Holland in Pendleton Ind.
“We are pleased to announce this purchase,” stated Troy Price, General Manager of Bane Equipment. “These buyouts are integral to our business strategy and will allow us to provide long term superior products and service to customers in this and the surrounding area,” explained Price. “Look for many changes aimed at benefitting our customers. We will offer annual events geared toward educating customers on about the latest technologies and practices in the field. In addition, we plan to build a new facility in the very near future.”
Bane Equipment has a long history of providing superior service. Since its beginning in 1967, customer service has been the primary goal.
“Our company is a unique one,” stated Phil Bane, president of Bane Equipment. “Since the beginning, customer service has been a key ingredient to success. We have seen significant growth over the last several years and customer service is still a primary focus for all of our employees,” explained Bane. “We are a big business with small business customer service standards. Unlike many big businesses, we still value customer service as a tool for success.”
Many positive changes are planned, and there will be some familiar faces in the store.
“We are pleased to announce that Mike Romack will remain on staff as the store manager,” stated Price. “In fact, there will be several familiar faces remaining.”
Mike Romack owned the New Holland dealership for 15 years before Bane bought it this week.
“I look forward to the opportunity to continue to serve my customers and meet new customers as well,” stated Romack. “Because of this sale, we will have more to offer our customers and that is a win win for everyone.”
Bane Equipment is a Case IH dealer with six locations Indiana, now in its 44th year in business. Bane offers new and used equipment, service and customer support. Bane has locations in Wingate, Crawfordsville, Lebanon, Remington, Terre Haute and Pendleton.
