Eis Implement Co-owners Jon and Chris Eis worked with a consultant that helped create their Down to Earth focus throughout the dealership and also involved personality assessments for key people on the staff. The assessments helped the two owners work better together as a team, Chris says, but also helped them figure out the best ways to communicate with different members of the staff and put people in the right seats on the bus.
