Ag Express Electronics (Ag Express), a leading provider of electronic repair and manufacturing services, today announced a strategic partnership with McHale, a global leader in agricultural machinery manufacturing. Under this agreement, Ag Express becomes the exclusive North American repair center for McHale controllers for fixed and variable chamber balers.

Knowing even the most reliable equipment requires maintenance and repair, Ag Express has a longstanding history in identifying operating issues; designing targeted solutions; and repairing hundreds of units from major brands, both inside and outside of the agricultural industry. Whether it’s a single farmer's malfunctioning joystick, keypad, monitor or GPS receiver, or a full-scale repair or remanufacturing program for major agricultural brands, Ag Express technicians keep the foundation of our food supply running smoothly.

Founded in the 1980s in Ireland, McHale has become a global leader in grassland equipment.  Over 90% of its machines are exported through a network of dealers in 55 countries, built on strong, long-lasting partnerships that ensure farmers worldwide have access to top-notch equipment.

This partnership will provide significant benefits to McHale customers across North America, as highlighted by CEO, Eric Randolph: “Partnering with the worldwide innovators at McHale, a renowned innovator in agricultural machinery, is a reflection of Ag Express’s ongoing commitment to quality service and repair,” Randolph says.

With strategically located service centers, Ag Express’s highly trained technicians work with farmers to understand their challenges and find swift, lasting fixes to circuit board-level repairs on products.

“Our three U.S.-based repair centers will help McHale dealers and product owners continue to service and maintain their equipment while reducing their downtime,” Randolph adds.

The benefits extend to minimizing downtime for McHale equipment users. “Ag Express’ state-of-the-art repair facilities and experienced technicians will ensure quality, fast turnaround times for repairs,” explains Ag Express Director of Repair Services, Ron Falenschek. “Having a U.S.-based repair center with our capacity to service will be a huge asset for McHale. We have invested heavily in building best-in-class repair capabilities and are confident McHale customers will benefit from the speed, accuracy and quality of our service. Our team is dedicated to exceeding expectations and ensuring McHale equipment operates at peak performance.”

McHale is equally enthusiastic about the partnership. “This partnership gives our North American customers access to a wider network of quick, efficient authorized repair centers when they need it most,” says John Biggins, Sales at McHale. “McHale’s global network of experienced dealers, established for decades, offers exceptional service and support for farmers and implement service centers utilizing our variable chamber Expert Plus and Expert Plus 3 balers.”
