Diplomat of the Year Awarded to Owen Palm
On Wednesday, August 7, the Nebraska Diplomats honored Owen Palm, president and CEO of 21st Century Equipment and a Nebraska Diplomat since 2002, with the prestigious Diplomat of the Year award at their annual awards banquet. Governor Jim Pillen, Nebraska Diplomats President Desiree Wineland, and Nebraska Department of Agriculture Director Sherry Vinton presented this year’s awards at the Younes Conference Center North in Kearney, Neb.
Candy Dispensing Vintage Combines Bring Parade Smiles in Minnesota and Missouri
Machinery Pete shined the spotlight on a few very cool farmer inventions … turning old farm equipment into smile inducing new things. 1967 John Deere 45 and 1967 Gleaner E combines were turned into Candy Combines, dispensing heaps of candy out the auger on parade routes in Minnesota and Missouri. Also the story of an old gravity wagon turned into something super cool at The Joy Ranch of South Dakota in Florence, S.D.

New Holland Autonomy at the 2024 Farm Progress Show
