According to a report from the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, as part of the company's moving of some production to New York from its Wauwatosa, Wis., facility, 208 employees will be laid off at the end of August. More layoffs are also planned for October and December.
“The company expects these planned actions and associated layoffs to be permanent,” Briggs said in the notice. “Production will cease effective on or about August 28, and the operation wind down is anticipated to be completed on or about December 31.”
