BROOKFIELD, Wis., — Farm Equipment is pleased to announce that Don Van Houweling, Van Wall Equipment, has been named to the magazine’s editorial advisory board. He will serve for 2 years on the board.
Farm Equipment formed an editorial advisory board in 2013 to establish a more structured method of seeking input to ensure its editorial content was on track with what dealers need to improve their everyday operations.
Farm Equipment editors communicate regularly with the board with ideas for editorial content and special report topics.
Van Houweling is the owner of Van Wall Equipment (www.vanwall.com), a 21-store John Deere dealership with locations in Iowa, Illinois, Kansas and Nebraska. Van Wall was Farm Equipment’s 2016 Dealership of the Year.
Van Houweling joins other board members, including Brian Carpenter, president and general manager of Champlain Valley Equipment of Middlebury, Vt.; Leo Johnson, partner of Johnson Tractor of Janesville, Wis.; Keith Kreps, executive vice president of RDO Equipment in Fargo, N.D.; Tom Rosztoczy, CEO of Stotz Equipment in Avondole, Ariz.; David Meyer of Titan Machinery, West Fargo, N.D., and Clint Schnoor, president of Agri-Service in Twin Falls, Idaho.
