SALINAS, Calif. – Ted Mills has joined RDO Equipment Co. as general manager of the Salinas and Watsonville locations. Effective immediately, Mills is responsible for leadership in all areas of store operations, working with departments to ensure satisfaction of customers, and upholding the Core Values, vision, and mission of RDO Equipment Co.

A native of the Salinas community, Mills’ background and work experience in the agriculture industry spans more than two decades. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Agricultural Operations, N.A. for Chiquita/Fresh Express, utilizing his experience in agriculture production, sourcing, harvesting, and processing. His background also includes experience leading agricultural operations in the western U.S., including Tanimura & Antle, River Ranch Fresh Foods, Sabor Farms, and Chiquita/Fresh Express,
