Don Van Houweling, owner/CEO of Van Wall Equipment, shares the inspiration for the design of Van Wall's Nevada, Iowa, location that was built in 2014. The 66,000 sq. ft. facility brought together the previous ag store in Nevada and a lawn and turf store in Ames under the same roof. The building has a modern design, inspired by the design of O’Hare International Airport concourse in Chicago, with a nod to the ag community it is part of. The shape of the building mimics that of a barn’s hay mow. Van Wall Equipment earned top honors in Farm Equipment's 2016 Dealership of the Year program.
