Hardi North America Inc., based in Davenport, Iowa, announced that Wayne Buchberger has joined its management team as president and CEO. Buchberger will have overall responsibility for the Hardi business in both the U.S. as well as Canada. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Agricultural Business from the University of Wisconsin River Falls. He has also served as vice president of McCormick International USA, president of Spirit Implements, as well as held other significant management positions in his over 27 years in the agricultural equipment business.

Buchberger having started out in retail ag sales to end use customers, as well as having the hands-on business experience of a seasoned executive brings a lot of valuable expertise to the position. This strong combination of skills and experience will be an important addition to the Hardi team. We are very confident he will set a direction for the company that will continue to build on the Hardi strength in the marketplace and further our position as a world leader in the agricultural spraying business for the future.
