SEGUIN, Texas — Alamo Group Inc. today announced that effective today, Edward (Ed) Rizzuti will be joining the company as its vice president and general counsel.

Ed comes to Alamo from Erickson Incorporated (EAC) an aircraft manufacturing and operating company, based in Portland, Ore., where he was vice president, general counsel and secretary. He received his undergraduate degree in civil engineering from Rutgers University and his law degree from New York University.
