COALDALE, Alberta — International Ag University is part of Sales Academy Inc. and was founded by Frank Lee of Flower Mound, Texas.
Recently, a successor David Gross, was chosen to continue The International Ag University. Frank Lee announced his retirement and is currently completing his last training commitments. Gross is experienced in the agriculture industry with a solid background in sales and sales management.
Frank Lee: “David is that rare individual who understands the difference between average and above average in sales and who has the ability to teach this to others. He has shown incredible initiative to master the IAU techniques and philosophy. I feel confident he will not only carry on the tradition well, he will surpass what I have built.”
Currently Gross works with various farm equipment companies to develop internal systems and processes and in sales and management training.
