The primary goal of the Sales Management Leadership® course is to train and develop sales managers with the skills necessary to lead an effective sales department. This course teaches leadership, coaching, financial and asset management, and marketing techniques needed to operate at peak levels of profitability and productivity. After successful completion, students may enroll into the Sales Management Master® Series.
