Industry Outlook: How Does Your Dealership Stack Up?
You will cover the basics of financial management, then use a case study and team-based assignments to strengthen your financial understanding. You will learn how to make better informed decisions by analyzing and extracting data from key financial statements. You'll also establish a foundation of financial terminology that you can use to better communicate the financial goals and performance of your area to outside sources, such as your chief financial officer (CFO).
Non-financial mid- to upper-level managers who want to develop their understanding of business from a financial standpoint will benefit from the program. The seminar is intended for leaders who typically focus on sales, marketing, operations, or human resources activities; and whose responsibilities may include budgets, capital purchases, personnel costs, or other decisions that affect the company's bottom line.
