Buhler Industries Inc. announced April 17 it had closed the sale of two properties located in Fargo, N.D., and Vegreville, Alta.

CNH Industrial announced today the divestiture of its business activities in Russia for a total consideration of approximately $60 million.

The dealership will operate as H&R Agri-Power Farm & Turf and carries a full range of turf, agricultural and construction products including Kubota, Landpride, Hustler Turf and Echo.  

Hans Rasmussen has joined Devils Lake, N.D.-based Summers Manufacturing, where he will help strengthen the company's dealer base in Ontario, Canada, and throughout the Midwest.
