CNH Industrial, which had previously purchased the Buhler building in Willmar, Minn., is transforming it into a warehousing facility. The company has a $1.9 million budget to use for renovations and upgrades.

AGCO, a worldwide manufacturer and distributor of agricultural equipment, infrastructure and precision ag technology, announces that its Board of Directors has appointed Damon Audia to succeed Andy Beck as senior vice president and chief financial officer (CFO) effective July 1, 2022. Mr. Audia joins AGCO from Kennametal Inc, an industrial technology company specializing in tooling and wear-resistant solutions, where he served as the CFO since August 2018.

U.S. ag tractor and combine monthly unit sales in May 2022 fell below the five-year average for the first time since March 2020, while Canadian sales remained above the line, according to the latest data from the Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM).
