CNH Industrial announced today the divestiture of its business activities in Russia for a total consideration of approximately $60 million.

Jon Sherrod, recently joined Osmundson Mfg., Inc. in the role of Outside Sales Executive. He will reside in Ashland, Va., and his primary focus is to develop new business at both the Perry, Iowa and Kentucky locations.

John Brown, vice president of sales at Myers Spring Co., Inc. was elected to a one-year term as chairman of the board.

The dealership will operate as H&R Agri-Power Farm & Turf and carries a full range of turf, agricultural and construction products including Kubota, Landpride, Hustler Turf and Echo.  

Hans Rasmussen has joined Devils Lake, N.D.-based Summers Manufacturing, where he will help strengthen the company's dealer base in Ontario, Canada, and throughout the Midwest.
