The North American Equipment Dealers Association (NAEDA) announces that the transition period is complete, and the new organization has successfully unified three regional equipment dealer associations with the Equipment Dealers Association

The North American Equipment Dealers Association (NAEDA) announces the appointment of Kipp McGuire as Director of Government Affairs. Kipp comes from the consulting world, where he was an advisor to the U.S. Navy’s Commander of Pacific Fleet as a member of the Commander’s Action Group and Government Affairs and Outreach teams.

Appointments and elections of officers will be conducted on July 25, 2022, at the inaugural NAEDA Board Meeting in Kansas City, Mo.

The joint membership of the Midwest-SouthEastern Equipment Dealers Association (MSEDA), the United Equipment Dealers Association (UEDA), the Western Equipment Dealers Association (WEDA) and the Equipment Dealers Association (EDA) have voted overwhelmingly in favor of moving forward with a merger of these four associations to form the new North American Equipment Dealers Association (NAEDA).
