The North American Equipment Dealers Association (“NAEDA”) is one of the longest running trade associations in North America and provides education, financial and legislative services to more than 5,000 equipment dealers in the U.S. and Canada. NAEDA is affiliated with 16 regional, state and provincial-based associations that are members of NAEDA.  

The organization is searching for a new President & Chief Executive Officer who reports to the NAEDA Board of Directors and will have oversight of the $1.5MM budget and all NAEDA activities and staff. The ideal candidate has demonstrated a successful career track record in association management or other member-based enterprise and is currently serving as the top executive of a comparable organization. Alternative experience includes serving as a “#2” or other senior-level executive at a complex trade association, or as an executive from a private or public sector entity.

Knowledge of the equipment industry and agricultural issues is preferred. Bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree in business, law or related discipline is preferred.
