The Agricultural Division of Alamo Group Inc. announced the appointment of Tom Taylor as Vice President of Business Development. The new position will be responsible for supporting dealer development and international growth initiatives as well as OEM and brand alliances for the Alamo Ag brands, including Schulte, Rhino, Bush Hog and Herschel. Rick Pummell, Executive Vice President and General Manager of the Ag Division commented, “The Alamo Ag Division is committed to finding new opportunities to serve our dealers and grow our business together. Tom is uniquely qualified to provide direction for these new initiatives”.
Tom has been employed by Alamo Group for 10 years, most recently at Bush Hog Inc., serving as VP of Sales and Marketing. Tom will assume the new responsibilities on March 1. Bush Hog is now in an active search to fill the opening for VP of Sales & Marketing.
