The North American Equipment Dealers Assn. (NAEDA) has announced the election of its new officers for the year ahead.

Joe Nash, of Greenville, Miss., has been elected chairman of the board of directors of the North American Equipment Dealers Association (NAEDA).

Nash is chief operating officer of Delta Implement and Ayres-Delta Implement. The dealerships sell Case IH, New Holland and Kubota equipment from six locations in Mississippi.

Nash is serving his second three-year term on the NAEDA board from the SouthEastern Equipment Dealers Association. He was the president of the SouthEastern association in 2006.

Nash assumed the role of chairman March 1, 2012. Tom Nobbe, of Waterloo, Ill., also was elected as first vice chairman of the NAEDA board and Blaine Bingham, of Mesa, Ariz., was elected as second vice chairman. Nobbe represents the Midwest Equipment Dealers Association. Bingham represents the Far West Equipment Dealers Association. Also serving on the NAEDA Executive Committee are Brad Griffin of Montana and Paul Kindinger, president and CEO of NAEDA.

Nash graduated from Rhodes College in Memphis, Tenn.

Nash is active in his community of Greenville, Miss. He is an elder in the First Presbyterian Church and a member of the Greenville Rotary Club. He serves on the Greenville Public School Board. He is past president of the United Way of Washington County and YMCA Boys and Girls Club of Washington County and is also past president of the Greenville Arts Council.

Tom Nobbe, of Waterloo, Ill., has been elected first vice chairman of the board of directors of the North American Equipment Dealers Association (NAEDA).

Nobbe is general manager of Wm Nobbe & Co., a seven-location John Deere equipment dealership serving southern Illinois and southeastern Missouri. Wm Nobbe & Co. locations include Waterloo, Ill., as well as Jerseyville and Steelville, Ill., and Scott City, Mo.

In addition to serving on NAEDA’s Executive Committee, Nobbe is the chairman of the NAEDA Manufacturers Relations Committee, as well as the Audit & Finance Committee. He is serving his second three-year term on the NAEDA board.

Nobbe represents the Midwest Equipment Dealers Association (MEDA).

Nobbe began serving as first vice chairman on March 1, 2012. Joe Nash, of Greenville Miss., also began serving as chairman of the NAEDA board and Blaine Bingham, of Mesa, Ariz., as second vice chairman on March 1, 2012. Nobbe graduated from Southwestern Illinois College in Belleville, Ill.

Nobbe is active in the communities of Waterloo and Red Bud, Ill. He is in the Waterloo Rotary Club and is director of the First State Bank of Red Bud. He is a past board member of the St. Louis Agri-Business Club.

Blaine Bingham, of Mesa, Ariz., has been elected second vice chairman of the board of directors of the North American Equipment Dealers Association (NAEDA).

Bingham is President/General Manager of Bingham Equipment Company. The dealership sells AGCO, Bobcat, Carquest, Case Construction, Kubota, MacDon, and New Holland equipment from nine locations in Arizona.

Bingham’s father, Norm, founded the company which opened its first location in 1955.

Bingham is serving his first three year term on the NAEDA board from the Far West Equipment Dealers Association.  He was President of FWEDA in 2005.

Bingham began serving as second vice chairman March 1, 2012. Joe Nash, of Greenville, Miss., began serving as chairman of the NAEDA board and Tom Nobbe, of Waterloo, Ill., as first vice chairman on March 1. Nash represents the SouthEastern Equipment Dealers Association. Nobbe represents the Midwest Equipment Dealers Association. Bingham graduated from the University of Arizona in Tucson, Arizona.
