Following the successful launch of its innovative “Dealership Minds” series last year, Farm Equipment has released the second installment with its February 2012 issue.

“Dealership Minds” is a unique day-in-the-life exploration of what makes the best North American farm equipment dealerships successful. This year, the series focuses on Precision Equipment LLC, a newly formed dealership group that came from the merger of two long-time Iowa competitors, Elder Implement and Farmers Implement.  

In addition to the 38-page report in the February issue Farm Equipment, which features face-to-face interviews with 12 key managers from Precision Equipment, this year’s installment also includes 51 videos.

The video series takes you face-to-face with Precision Equipment’s Senior Leadership Team and other key personnel from the eight store locations that now make up the new dealership. They discuss the who’s, what’s, why’s and how’s of the merger and their roles in making it one of John Deere’s “Dealerships of Tomorrow.”
