The Ag Division of Lessiter Publications, Brookfield, Wis., is pleased to announce that Chad Elmore has joined the company as managing editor of Farm Equipment, Rural Lifestyle Dealer and the Farm Catalog.
Elmore brings with him a wealth of experience and knowledge of the equipment business. He has worked as an editor and writer for nearly 20 years, most recently as the editor of OEM Off-Highway. In addition to his work there, he was the editor of Belt Pulley, a publication for antique tractor collectors.
“We’re very excited to have Chad join us,” says Mike Lessiter, president of Lessiter Publications and editor/publisher of Farm Equipment and Rural Lifestyle Dealer.
“We’ve known Chad for several years and have always been impressed with his work ethic and writing talent. His lifelong interest in tractors and farm machinery and his understanding of the equipment business will be a major plus in his new responsibilities with our ag publications.”
Elmore earned a journalism degree from Univ. of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, and he’s an avid collector of antique tractors and cars.
In addition to writing and editing feature articles for Farm Equipment and Rural Lifestyle Dealer, Elmore is also responsible for developing content for the websites of both publications: www.farm-equipment.com, and www.rurallifestyledealer.com.
He will take a lead role in the continuing growth of Rural Lifestyle Dealer and will also serve as associate editor for No-Till Farmer and Conservation Tillage Guide.
