After 120 years as a mainstay of the farm-equipment industry, ABC Groff has a new owner and a new name.

The New Holland-brand dealership has been sold for an undisclosed price to Ag Industrial and now operates under that name.

Myerstown-based Ag Industrial has other New Holland-brand dealerships in Douglassville, Berks County and Rising Sun, Md.

"We thought it was a good opportunity to buy a well-respected and well-known company," said Glenn Wenger, chairman of Ag Industrial.

The dealership at 110 S. Railroad Ave. in New Holland Borough is "a nice geographical fit" with Ag Industrial's other two dealerships, he said.
