RDO Equipment Co. announces that it has acquired the assets of Pringle Tractor Co., a John Deere agriculture dealership with locations in Salinas and Watsonville, Calif., effective on October 29, 2010. The Salinas and Watsonville dealerships will continue to sell John Deere agriculture equipment and support customers in the current facility. With the acquisition, 40 employees join RDO Equipment Co.

Pringle Tractor Co., founded in 1948, prides itself on its rich history of serving the Salinas Valley and exceeding customer’s expectations. These locations are located near the Monterey peninsula and south of San Francisco. This valley is considered the lettuce capital of the world.
