As part of its annual convention next month in Dallas, Texas, 2010 Farm Equipment Manufacturers Assn. President John McCoy, will bring together and moderate a panel of successful dealers and industry experts.

Held on Friday, Nov., 5, the objective of the session is to discuss current business conditions, while helping manufacturers gain insight into the world of farm equipment dealers.


Panelists include:

Marshall Stewart, President, Greenway Equipment Inc., 22 locations in Southeast Missouri and Arkansas, “We don't do things because that's how it's always been done. I don't have any preconceived notions. We try to run the business right, take care of customers, and change when necessary.”

Ron Lucas, Owner-GM, Goodland Greenline, Goodland and Wheeler, Kan. Two locations serving Northwest Kansas for over 26-years, they sell the full line of Deere ag equipment in addition to over a dozen shortlines.

Thomas Soileau, Progressive Tractor & Implement Co., Central and South Louisiana. An established Case IH and Kubota dealer who has been serving Central and South Louisiana since 1991 with seven locations and over 18 shortlines.

James Braxton, Manager, Wade Inc., Greenwood, Miss. Founded in 1909, in Greenwood, Miss., the company has expanded to 7 locations and over 140 employees.
