Fantini Corn Heads, distributed in the United States by Fantini North America, are among the top-selling corn heads in Europe and now well known here.
The Fantini principle of modern technology and excellent build quality give farmers the reliability they need to enhance the output of combines. Simple, low-maintenance operation allows the operator to concentrate on the combine, knowing that the Fantini corn head will gather the ears and chop the stalks — giving an even residue coverage second to none.
Maintenance-free transmission gearboxes and PTO shafts on both sides do away with the old idea of chain drives, still present on other heads.
Knife rolls and rear-mounted choppers give the best performance using less power and a much better spread pattern for the residue. With the ability to adjust the angle of approach, the rear-mounted choppers can be moved closer to the ground for a shorter stubble, or away from the ground in rocky areas.
Single-piece frames and modular row units give extra strength and enable faster access to all components, reducing down-time and keeping the head in excellent condition for a longer period of time, enhancing its resale value.
In keeping with our policy of continual development we are pleased to announce new features available for 2010, such as the deck-plate clearance indicator. Also available for all models is the centralized greasing system covering all daily grease points. On 6- and 8-row headers there are now just two daily greasers in easy to access locations.
Fantini Corn Heads — giving farmers reliable high-performance, low-maintenance and excellent results in all conditions, and giving dealers an excellent addition to their product lines, whether they sell combines or not.
