RME Granted Distribution Rights for New Holland Ag and CE in Western Canada

Rocky Mountain Dealerships Inc., a leading Canadian network of full service agriculture and construction equipment dealerships, announced today that it has been granted the distribution rights for New Holland Agriculture and New Holland Industrial equipment in the region west of Edmonton, Alberta.

Commenting on the new distribution agreement, Matt Campbell, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Rocky Mountain, said "The Edmonton area has been an open point for the New Holland brand and Rocky Mountain plans to capitalize on this sizeable market. We have leased an additional facility in Edmonton to distribute New Holland Agriculture and light industrial products as well as our short line construction equipment products. The use of existing Hammer Equipment staff to start this new location will result in the business being fully operational by mid-summer."

Rocky Mountain currently distributes New Holland in Red Deer, Alberta - Hammer New Holland. This new Edmonton location, represents the 13th location added to Rocky Mountain since the initial public offering in December 2007 and brings our total number of branch locations to 26.
