Under the terms of the agreement, Legacy will combine assets, management and day-to-day operations for all locations.

When the consolidation is complete, Legacy will provide equipment, parts, and service to 3 counties in Northeast Arkansas and 6 counties in Southeast Missouri totaling over 1.5 million acres of production farm land.

Legacy Equipment is a group of four parent companies operating seven John Deere farm equipment sales and service dealerships.  These companies have been family-owned for as many as 4 generations, beginning with W.M. Crysler Company, founded in 1937, Kirk Equipment in 1945, Corning Implement Company in 1948, and Bazzell & Wilder in 1971.  Legacy provides equipment ranging from residential lawn mowers to agricultural tractors, combines, and cotton pickers.
