Ralph Gaiss, former CEO of the Northeast Equipment Dealers Assn., passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Jan. 4, 2025. Ralph retired in 2023 at the age of 88, bringing to a close an extraordinary 60+ year career dedicated to the agricultural equipment industry.
From his impactful tenure as CEO of the Northeast Equipment Dealers Assn. to his distinguished 40 years with Agway, Inc., where he served as an executive officer, Ralph’s leadership and unwavering commitment left an indelible mark on the industry and inspired countless individuals.
Ralph’s legacy of dedication, passion, and service will be cherished by all who had the privilege of knowing him. Our thoughts are with his family, friends, and colleagues during this time of loss.
