Wayne Fish, a service tech with H&R Agri-Power explains how when he first came to the dealership much of his training happened on the job as his previous service experience was all on cars. Today, he is passing that experience down to the next generation by helping train them. He says it has helped build a family-like atmosphere in the service department.
