C&B Operations informed customers its ag division was purchased by Point Field Partners on Nov. 1, 2024. Point Field was founded by Steve Bisciotti, owner of the Baltimore Ravens.
"He is a successful entrepreneur who co-founded Allegis Group, the largest privately held staffing firm in the United States," C&B said. "They have a proven track record of successfully partnering with equipment dealerships and companies the size of C&B's Ag division to help them grow and thrive."
According to the dealership, the C&B team will remain the same and will operate as normal.
