Farm Equipment editors encounter a variety of articles, social media posts, podcasts and videos that offer a unique look at various aspects of our great farm machinery industry. Here is our favorite content from the past week from across the web:

Money Well Spent

Mike Lessiter recently vented about big agribusiness flooding cash into ego-bought “sponsorships” while legitimate farmer-education, research and technology transfer work goes unfunded. And then we learned our own Luke Weigel’s fledgling baseball career was supported by H&S Manufacturing. Those ball-playing days were so decorated that it led to a marketing brand manager profession (he never did produce his stat line, but we suspect his Shohei Ohtani comparison was an exaggeration). By the way, we support Little League sponsorships “all the way.”
