Kinze announced Aug. 1 that it will be implementing a reduction in its workforce in response to the ongoing economic downturn in the agricultural sector. The reduction affects 193 of Kinze’s 815 employees in Williamsburg, Iowa. No other reductions are planned at this time.

“We deeply regret the necessity of this action,” said Susanne Veatch, President of Kinze. “This decision was not made lightly, and it is a direct response to current ag market realities.”
