Minessota Bobcat dealer Farm-Rite Equipment opened its newly expanded Willmar location on April 5, according to a report from Construction Equipment Guide. Farm-Rite Equipment has 4 locations in Minnesota.
The 32,000-sq.-ft. expansion doubled the size of the existing building, including doubled parts storage.
Features of the new facility include:
- a 3,930 sq.-ft. showroom with eight offices and a conference room
- a 2,935 sq.-ft. parts, storage and receiving area
- a 13,580 sq.-ft. heated and air conditioned service bay, featuring eight work stations, an overhead crane and a 5-ton top running single girder bridge crane with 20-ft. lift height
- a 2,080 sq.-ft. wash bay
