A March 5 Farm Equipment Insider poll asked dealers what percentage of their dealership's department managers will be retiring in the next 3 years. While 20% of dealers say at least 21% of their department managers will be retiring in the next 3 years, the majority (70%) report only up to 10% will be retiring in the next 3 years.
