The Farm Equipment 'Used Equipment University' video series consists of 1-on-1 conversations with progressive ag equipment dealers about their used equipment best practices.
The series provides an educational resource for audiences taking in and selling used equipment. Episodes are geared toward real-world scenarios and applications including dealer-centric best practices, processes, tips and tricks and more.
The first episode of Farm Equipment’s “Used Equipment University” features Dave Gibson, wholesale division manager, and Zach Rister, ag sales consultant, at 20-store Kentucky-based Case IH dealer H&R Agri-Power. Well-known experts in the field of moving used equipment, the pair break down some of their best practices in proactively identifying and taking action on at-risk equipment, the impact this equipment can have on your bottom line and the pros and cons of the various levers available to move at-risk equipment.
